JAMES RYAN

T.Morris General Manager

James Ryan – comes home to roost. James was born and reared a Wexford man. He has fond memories of growing up on Wexford Quay, with his family owning the outbuildings of T.Morris back in the day. James chose the publican’s life from an early age, in fact he began his career as executive glass collector in this very building at the age of 15. In later years he managed various well established watering holes in the USA, across Europe and on the high seas. He returned home to open Chaz Bar on the Quays in Wexford in 2001.

James brings to T.Morris his professionalism, experience and a character second to none. He and his team are happy to welcome you to T.Morris and will ensure that your visit is a memorable one.

ALAN JORDAN

Senior Bar Personnel

Alan originally from Dublin has made Wexford his home for the past number of years. He spend over twenty years running bars , restaurants all over South Africa gaining invaluable experience which he has brought to The T. Morris team.

KEN HORE

Bar Staff

Ken is, as the old saying goes, a born and bred Wexford Man and is a well know face around Wexford town. He has worked in the bar industry since 2001. He spent many years behind the bars locally and also worked in The Cuba Bar in Galway for some time.

Ken brings a lot of local knowledge to the team and has really found a home from home in T.Morris. We are delighted to have him as part of the team.

Danny Fortune

We are delighted to welcome our newest member of staff Danny to the T.Morris team. Danny hails from Ferns and has been involved in the bar trade there for many years. He also spent some time in Budapest and enjoyed the culture there.

Danny is an avid sports fan, he loves all sports from Hurling to Cricket and every thing in-between. He is also a self confessed lover of a good chat. So if you like a good chat about sports Danny is defiantly your man.

TOMMY SAVAGE

Bar Staff

Tommy, brings youthful Infectious enthusiasm and a great sense of humour to the team. He is relatively new to the bar trade and having worked in the industry for a few years in the local area, Tommy loves the job and the industry in general.

Tommy is a whiskey enthusiast, he enjoys talking about it and occasionally drinking it too.
